Snow+Rock Raises £50,000 for Snow Camp to Help 500 Young People Experience Snowsports

Snow+Rock has raised more than £50,000 for youth charity Snow Camp since January 2025, supporting opportunities for 500 young people from disadvantaged and inner-city communities to experience skiing and snowboarding through the First Tracks programme.

Customer donations collected by rounding up purchases at checkout have funded the partnership. First Tracks combines sessions on the slopes with classroom-based life-skills learning, building confidence and opening routes to further qualifications and apprenticeships.

Jamie Kristow, CEO of Cotswold Outdoor Group, thanked customers for their generosity and said the partnership was helping make snowsports more accessible to the next generation.

Snow Camp founder Dan Charlish described the ongoing Pennies fundraising partnership as an important way of changing young lives and developing future opportunities.
