blackcrows, the French freeski brand focused on design-driven high performance ski products and apparel, is bringing back Ski Sauvage for the 2023-24 winter season.
“The Ski Sauvage tour is about sharing adventures and the love of skiing with like minded people in pursuit of pleasure,” said Giorgio Saviane, blackcrows, chief marketing officer. “It’s a way of exploring new resorts, bringing people together and enjoying time in the mountains.”
For winter 23-24, the Ski Sauvage will tour on both sides of the Atlantic. In Europe, the events will be back in France and explore new territories such as Switzerland, Italy and Czech Republic and held in exciting new locations in Cortina, Andermatt and Glacier 3000. In the US, Ski Sauvage will also show up in Utah, Vermont, California and Colorado. Throughout the winter, blackcrows will have a Ski Sauvage crew on the road, loaded with an array of skis from the all-terrain, touring and big mountain collections.
This year, the Ski Sauvage tour will focus on weekend immersions with skiing, music, movie screenings and keynote speakers and product specific events with ski testing with blackcrows’ ambassadors. Multi-day events will include a full quiver of skis to test, a wide range of ambassadors and athletes to meet, music on snow and special screenings of blackcrows’ latest and exclusive video productions. Product specific events will be ski test focused and include testing the latest models from the touring collection and best-selling mirus cor.
The blackcrows team, supported by a rotating cast of athletes and ambassadors from their squadron, will move around from ski area to mountain top, preaching wild skiing, sharing experiences and creating new stories of a life spent on skis. Ski touring 101 with Liv Sansoz, Big Mountain skiing with Nikolai Schirmer, Air Carving with twin-tip legend Julien Regnier. The events will be covered on blackcrows social media accounts and often presented by special guests.
