Vail Resorts’ five Colorado resorts announce summer opening dates

2025/26 Epic Pass Holders can look forward to exclusive perks this summer

Breckenridge Ski Resort is still open for spring skiing and riding through May 11, while Vail Resorts’ five Colorado resorts get ready for summer. Golf begins at Keystone Resort on May 9, which means you can golf and ski on the same day in Summit County from May 9-11!

Resorts will offer scenic chairlift and gondola rides, mountain biking, and a variety of activities for the entire family. Epic Discovery at Vail and Breckenridge offers family-friendly activities including mountain coasters, summer tubing (Vail), ropes course (Breck), bungee trampolines and more. Keystone and Crested Butte Bike Parks are returning this summer, and Beaver Creek and Keystone’s signature golf courses offer world-class golf with incredible views.

2025/26 Epic Pass Holders can look forward to exclusive perks this summer. Pass Holders can take advantage of unlimited scenic lift and gondola rides across all resorts to gain easy access to stunning mountain views and a variety of summer hiking trails. Plus, with Epic Mountain Rewards, Pass Holders receive 20% off dining, lodging, bike rentals, golf at Keystone, and more, adding even more value to every summer adventure.

Beaver Creek Resort: 

  • June 14 – September 28 (Sat. & Sun. after Sept. 1)
  • Golf Opens May 16

Breckenridge Ski Resort: 

  • June 13 – September 1

Crested Butte Mountain Resort: 

  • June 14 – September 28 (Sat. & Sun. after Sept. 1)

Keystone Resort: 

  • June 19 – September 21 (Thurs, – Mon. before Sept. 1, Fri. – Sun. after Sept. 1)
  • Golf Opens May 9

Vail Mountain: 

  • June 13 – September 28 (Fri. – Sun. after Sept. 1)

Certain activities and trails for hiking and biking at these resorts may open at later dates depending on snow and trail conditions. For more details, be sure to follow resort social media channels and look for more information on resort websites closer to the start of summer.
