Mikaela Shiffrin will host a live taping of her podcast, What’s the Point, followed by a press conference with the Stifel U.S. Ski Team women’s technical athletes at the 2026 Stifel Killington Cup presented by Dunkin’.
The event will take place on Friday, 27 November, on the Kona Big Wave Stage ahead of the official bib draw. Shiffrin’s podcast is scheduled for 4:45–5:10pm ET, with her teammates joining from 5:10–5:30pm ET.
Stifel U.S. Ski Team guests
Guests are set to include World Cup winner and two-time World Championship medallist Paula Moltzan; Olympians Katie Hensien, Nina O’Brien and AJ Hurt; and four-time Junior World Championship medallist Elisabeth Bocock, among others. Questions will be taken from the live crowd and credentialed media.
“Killington feels like home and this crowd is a huge reason why,” said Shiffrin. “Press conferences usually happen in a small room, but this year Killington is pulling back the curtain and giving the athletes the stage. Hosting ‘What’s the Point’ live with the Stifel U.S. Ski Team means everyone gets to hear the stories, ask the questions and be part of the weekend with us. That’s the best thank you we can give the Stifel Killington Cup and their amazing crowd before we race.”
Killington Cup returns
The Stifel Killington Cup returns in 2026 after a one-year hiatus in 2025 while Killington Resort completed construction of its Superstar Six chairlift. Giant slalom is scheduled for Saturday, 28 November, followed by slalom on Sunday, 29 November, with ancillary events running throughout race weekend.
The races will be broadcast live on Peacock and NBC.
