French Village brings leading resorts to Snow Show London
The French Village at Snow Show London brought together ESF UK and destinations from across France as the event welcomed more than 10,000 winter-sports visitors to Olympia.
The 2026 show took place on 17 and 18 October. ESF UK used its stand to discuss lessons and mountain experiences with visitors, alongside a winners’ podium photo area and a prize-filled grab machine for children.
French Village partners included Haute-Savoie Mont Blanc, Les 2 Alpes and Montgenèvre, with Peak Retreats and Snow Shepherd supporting an ESF beginner-week competition.
The weekend also included a presentation for participants in last season’s UK Time Trial. ESF Montgenèvre and ESF board director Christian Jullien presented an ESF Club winner with a prize supplied by Rossignol.
The French Village highlighted the breadth of the country’s winter offer for UK skiers, from major high-altitude resorts to family destinations and ski-school support for beginners.
Several partners are preparing for the 2026-27 season. Les 2 Alpes is scheduled to open on 28 November 2026 and close on 2 May 2027, while destinations across Haute-Savoie are targeting openings from late November.
