The North Face is preparing to launch a 55-piece U.S. Ski & Snowboard capsule collection spanning competition outerwear, everyday apparel and travel equipment.
The range was developed to outfit athletes from the Stifel U.S. Ski Team and Toyota U.S. Snowboard Team for training, travel, everyday use and competition. It follows the eight-year partnership announced in May, under which The North Face became U.S. Ski & Snowboard’s official performance apparel partner through the 2034 Utah Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The commercial collection brings versions of that athlete-focused design to consumers, with technical snow garments, lifestyle pieces and luggage carrying U.S. Ski & Snowboard colours and crest details.
“When we announced our partnership with U.S. Ski & Snowboard this past May, we committed to supporting the best in skiing and snowboarding with gear that performs at the highest level. Today, we’re making that same athlete-tested performance and signature product design accessible to everyone with this collection,” said Chris Goble, Global Brand President at The North Face.
Competition outerwear
The competition range includes men’s and women’s Comp Team kits in alpine and freestyle styles. The GORE-TEX Alpine three-layer jacket and side-zip trousers are designed for freeriding, with weather protection, layering room, ventilation and competition-inspired details.
The GORE-TEX Freestyle two-layer jacket and trousers use a more relaxed silhouette, an Elevation Stripes pattern and adjustable features intended to combine mountain protection with a distinct team look.
Apparel and travel equipment
Beyond competition pieces, the capsule includes T-shirts, hoodies, hats, beanies and insulation, including versions of The North Face’s Denali Fleece. Travel products use the same colour palette and crest branding across the Base Camp Voyager Pro travel pack, Base Camp Duffel and Base Camp Snow Roller.
“The North Face built this gear to meet the standards of the best skiers and snowboarders in the world, and now our fans get to experience it too,” said Sophie Goldschmidt, U.S. Ski & Snowboard President and CEO.
The U.S. Ski & Snowboard capsule collection is due to launch on 3 November 2026 through The North Face stores, selected retail partners and online channels.
