Arc 1950 opens for Summer 2025
The village opened for its summer season on 5th July and offers eight weeks of summer Alps accommodation and activities
Arc 1950, the most recent of the Les Arcs resorts, in the heart of the French Alps facing Mont-Blanc opened on the weekend for the summer season. With colourful façades, charming squares and a host of quality services, Arc 1950 blends gentle Savoie village life and modern facilities and sits within one of the Alps’ most extensive domains. The village opened for its summer season on 5th July and offers eight weeks of summer Alps accommodation and activities.
Eight Special “Mercredi d’Arc 1950” – Wednesdays in Arc 1950
In Arc 1950, Wednesdays during the summer season are dedicated to themed family fun days with free activities and entertainment. These “Summer Wednesdays” feature a variety of events, workshops, and shows based on a different theme each week, transforming the village into a festive hub for families.
4th August NEW: An Evening under the stars
A new event in the programme of summer activities for the village: an astrophysicist will guide guests through the immensity of the universe. Using a high-definition telescope, guests will be able to observe planets, constellations, nebulae and lunar craters live. What the astrophysicist see with the naked eye through the telescope will be relayed in real time to a large screen, so everybody can experience the vision from the telescope. A real celestial spectacle!
Arc 1950 and Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale
Arc 1950 has a new three year partnership, hosting the French cycling team “Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale” as they stay in the village for altitude training during the summer months. Some of these athletes will also take part of the Tour de France.
