PrimaLoft President Anne Cavassa appointed new CEO

PrimaLoft, Inc., the global leader in advanced material technology, has announced the appointment of Anne Cavassa as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Cavassa was named President in November, and this shift is an acceleration of a planned transition to the next phase of the company’s leadership. After more than a decade as President and CEO, Mike Joyce, will transition into the role of Vice Chair on the company’s board of directors.

Cavassa brings to PrimaLoft nearly three decades of experience highlighted by strategic leadership roles at storied outdoor and active lifestyle brands. Her previous tenure as President of Saucony, coupled with her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Brooks Sports Inc., showcases her expertise in driving growth across footwear and apparel sectors.

Additionally, her involvement across product, customer experience, retail, and brand marketing in pivotal leadership positions at Timberland, Nike, Reebok, Tommy Bahama, and Eddie Bauer is ideally suited for PrimaLoft and its place in the market.
