In a moment that will be remembered for generations, Mikaela Shiffrin made history by securing her 100th World Cup victory at the slalom event in Sestriere.
From her World Cup debut in 2011 to becoming the most dominant alpine skier of all time, Mikaela continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in ski racing.
With two Olympic gold medals, seven World Championship titles, and now 100 World Cup victories, she stands alone at the pinnacle of the sport. But for Mikaela, records are not the goal—they are a platform.
“I see this milestone as an opportunity to bring more people into the sport,” said Mikaela. “Skiing has given me so much, and I want to help open doors for the next generation.”
Through her work with the Share Winter Foundation, Mikaela is using her success to expand access to winter sports. As an ambassador for the organization, she is committed to making skiing more inclusive, ensuring that more young people can experience the mountains and find their own passion for the sport.
With 100 wins behind her, Mikaela’s impact extends far beyond the podium. She’s redefining what it means to be a champion—on and off the slopes.
Atomic is proud to have accompanied Mikaela through it all on her journey to 100, and prouder still to have provided the skis to help her achieve greatness. We can’t wait to watch her continuing impact, both on the competition circuit and in her new role as ambassador for the Share Winter Foundation.
