Ski Club of Great Britain

For 120 years, the Ski Club has been bringing people together through a shared passion for snowsports.

We help skiers get the most out of their ski trips by connecting them to our passionate community and membership benefits. Whether you want to discover ski touring, learn to carve or make your first turns off piste, you can build your skills alongside like-minded skiers with Freshtracks. Our popular ski trip formula keeps skiers coming back year after year, connecting skiers of similar abilities with the best instructors and mountain guides in world-class resorts. The trips offer a platform for improvement and our specialised ski profiles match skiers to tailor-made adventures.

Another membership benefit is the Ski Club Rep service. Reps are our local experts on hand for information and advice in 24 resorts across Europe and North America. They help to facilitate and organise social skiing, directing members to the best runs, lunch spots and après bars. For the 22/23 season, Reps will be available in eight new European resorts including Saalbach Hinterglemm and SkiWelt in Austria plus Champoluc, Cortina, Courmayeur and Madonna di Campiglio in Italy. Over in the Pyrenees, Reps are now available in Baqueira-Beret, Spain, and Soldeu, Andorra.

Snowsports insurance is also available as part of our membership package. Skiing and snowboarding are exhilarating but accidents do happen, so it makes sense to be prepared. Our travel insurance policies are designed by skiers for skiers and offer some of the most comprehensive policies on the market. We cover snowsports off-piste without a guide and outside of resort boundaries as standard. Up to 45 days of winter sports cover is available and the annual policy can be used for summer holidays too.

Ski Club will celebrate its 120th season next season, an impressive milestone for the oldest and largest snowsports membership organisation in the UK. The club was founded in 1903 at the Café Royale in central London and has continuously adapted and evolved over more than a century. Despite modernisation, the aim of the club has not changed and the core purpose of bringing like-minded skiers together to learn and improve remains our goal today. Ski with us on tailor-made holidays, find inspiration in Ski+board magazine and discover your snowsports community through our UK events and meet-ups
