First-ever Olympic Games Priority Access program for fans looking to guarantee their place at Milano Cortina 2026 has been launched ahead of general sale

Milano Cortina 2026 and On Location, the Official Hospitality Provider for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, have announced today during a press conference at Casa Italia in Paris that Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality and Overnight Packages will go on sale in November 2024.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Hospitality Program will be the largest in Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games history, offering more people than ever before the opportunity to enjoy an elevated service at the Olympic Winter Games courtesy of a vast range of hospitality experiences and price points.

Hospitality packages offer fans guaranteed tickets to their favourite events with access to a variety of accommodation and entertainment options that suit their needs and budgets. These options range from in-venue private suites, premium shared lounges, unique hospitality spaces and premium hotels, to entry-level hospitality offerings.

Paul Caine, President of On Location, commented: “The Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality experiences crafted by On Location are designed to elevate and celebrate the uniqueness of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. Guests will immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and culture of Italy, while witnessing unforgettable sporting moments that only take place during this global spectacle. This will be an unmissable, historic Olympic Winter Games with hospitality experiences that rise to the occasion.”

Until September 30, 2024, On Location is also offering fans a Priority Access deposit program that grants first access to Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality and Overnight Packages of their choosing. This is the first time in Olympic Games history that fans will have the opportunity to secure once-in-a-lifetime hospitality packages before they officially go on sale to the general public.

A fully refundable Priority Access deposit of €200 will give fans first choice of the most in-demand sporting events with premium seating, extraordinary service and hospitality experiences, accommodation in exclusive hotels, dedicated transportation to competition venues, haute cuisine prepared by renowned chefs, Olympic and Paralympic champion meet-and-greets, and more.

Giovanni Malagò, President of Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation, said: “Italy is a country with enchanting landscapes and, as a tradition, we have a natural sense of hospitality. These two factors together will be the perfect blend to provide the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 with a very high level of hospitality, thanks also to the world-renowned professionalism of On Location.”

Emilio Pozzi, Managing Director of On Location in Italy, said: “The first Priority Access deposit program in Olympic Games history is reflective of On Location and Milano Cortina 2026’s efforts to provide guests with unprecedented access to this monumental global event. This is a win-win opportunity for corporate clients and fans, enabling them to start planning their dream Winter Olympic Games hospitality experience that promises to create memories that will last a lifetime.”

On Location is a global leader in delivering premium hospitality experiences for major sports and entertainment events, resulting in its appointment as the first exclusive, official hospitality provider of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 Official Hospitality Program is already setting a new standard for hospitality for major global events, on a scale never seen before. Hospitality Packages have been sold in more than 120 countries, with sellouts across several sports and sessions.

Andrea Varnier, CEO Milano Cortina 2026, added: “The synergy between Milano Cortina 2026 and On Location is very important: it’s a key part of our strategy, aiming to enhance the fan experience during the next Winter Games. In October we will officially launch the public ticketing campaign and, within this context, the support of On Location — as our operating arm and with its extensive experience in hospitality industry — will provide a valuable and effective contribution to our Games. For those who are looking for more than just the excitement of sports competition, On Location is a dependable partner that can meet their needs.”

The official Olympic Winter Games Hospitality Program is the only guaranteed and safe way to buy Ticket-Inclusive Hospitality Packages.

In recognition of Visa’s long-standing partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Visa is the Official Way to Pay.
