The first edition of the SaasFeestival ended on Friday, August 12, on the village square in Saas-Almagell with an unforgettable concert by Wintershome.
Eight concerts, over 600 minutes of live music and 3000 spectators transformed the Saas Valley into a large open-air stage from July 16th to August 12th.
Baschi, Anna Rossinelli Trio, Baba Shrimps, Wintershome, Pat Burgener, Friday Car, The Neighbors and Z’Hansrüedi, for a first edition full of significant moments and above all moments of light-heartedness on the sheet music of Swiss music of the highest quality. The first SaasFeestival ends with a very positive balance: A whole region with numerous guests accompanied the edition, supported it and made it unforgettable.
Exuberant atmosphere, varied music program and breathtaking backdrops: The Saas Valley has definitely gained a unique event with a local character and national appeal and is already looking forward to the summer 2023 edition.
The new festival, organized by Saastal Tourismus AG, is supported to a large extent by the Erlebnisbank Raiffeisen Mischabel-Matterhorn as presenting partner. The Walliserhof Grand Hotel & SPA supports the event as a partner hotel.
