blackcrows, the iconic French freeskiing brand focused on design-driven high performance ski products and apparel announced Wanda Rozwadowska will be joining the team as the new Global Chief Commercial Officer.
“Wanda brings an extensive track record in growing brands and deploying commercial excellence that will support blackcrows’ growth in ski products and apparel,” says Christophe Villemin, co-founder and CEO of blackcrows. “Our priority is to offer a seamless and unique experience to our community through a true multi-channel and sustainable approach.”
Rozwadowska joins blackcrows from a long tenure at Nike, where she held various senior positions in Sales and Marketing across several product categories in North America. During her 12 years with Nike, Rozwadowska managed and reshaped strategy for Nike SB and launched new commerce models. Prior to Nike, Rozwadowska supported high performance skiing and winter sports in roles with Vancouver 2010 Olympics, FIS and Freestyle Ski Canada. She also has global professional experience in Europe, North America and Latin America and spent many years living in France and Switzerland playing on a professional football team.
“I’m looking forward to joining the blackcrows team and helping to further anchor the brand in North America and reach its potential in Europe and Asia,” says Rozwadowska. “As a Canadian who grew up in the Rocky Mountains, I have a deep appreciation of skiing and I am eager to lead a passionate team to create new opportunities for the brand while remaining true to its roots.”
